CallShield is a service that helps adult children protect their parents from phone scams. It uses real-time AI to analyze inbound calls on a dedicated line — listening for the pressure tactics, urgency cues, and impersonation patterns common in scams targeting older adults — and surfaces flagged calls on a caregiver dashboard before the caller can extract money or personal information.
CallShield is operated by a small team based in the United States. We started CallShield because we wanted a real tool to protect our own parents from a category of scam that older adults are statistically the most likely to fall for.
