CallShield is a service that helps adult children review scam patterns in unknown calls. Trusted callers bypass screening. An unknown caller must press 1 after the disclosure before transcript and conversation analysis can flag patterns for caregiver review; pressing 2 or giving no response ends the call without monitoring or analysis. AI can miss or falsely flag a call. CallShield does not authenticate a caller's voice or prove that audio was cloned.
